DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO RETURNS

All digital products sold by Moon Resell are delivered electronically to the email address immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.

After delivery of the digital product, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Once the product has been sent to the email address provided during checkout, it is considered used and irreversible.

EXCEPTIONS REGARDING PAYMENT OR DELIVERY

Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, specifically when:

  • the customer has been charged more than once for the same order, or

  • the payment has been successfully processed but the digital product has not been delivered and the issue cannot be resolved

In all cases, proof of purchase is required.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing a correct email address when placing the order

  • carefully reading the product description before purchase

  • ensuring that their device supports the format of the digital product

Incorrect information provided by the customer does not constitute grounds for a refund.

By making a purchase from MoonResell, the customer confirms that they have read this return policy and accept its terms.
