DIGITAL DELIVERY

Moon Resell sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout, once payment has been successfully processed. Delivery usually takes place immediately or within a few minutes after purchase.

DELIVERY METHOD

Depending on the product, digital content is delivered in one or more of the following forms:

  • a download link sent by email

  • access to a digital file

  • access to digital content or a digital document

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and that they have the technical ability to access the digital content.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

As only digital products are offered:

  • no shipping costs are charged

  • no traditional delivery times apply

  • no delivery takes place by mail, courier, or delivery service

DELIVERY ISSUES

If the digital product is not delivered after successful payment, the customer is required to contact us within a reasonable period of time.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing a correct and accessible email address

  • checking the spam or junk mail folder

  • ensuring that their device is technically compatible with the digital product

Moon Resell is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or technical limitations on the customer’s side.
